January's muddy boots walk was indeed muddy. We ambled around Blenheim Palace just north of Oxford. Those carry newly-borne babies took a slightly shorter circuit but we all got into Blenheim park without paying - you only pay if you go through the main gate!
A good meal was had by all at the Hilton St Anne's Manor in Bracknell/Wokingham.
Wednesday 28th September.
Sunday 2nd October. Morning walk around Kennet/Avon canal in Reading followed by watching London Irish and drinking Guiness in the afternoon
Sunday 4th September. Meet at 10:30 at the canal-side car park close to the Barley Mow Pub at Winchfield Hurst. This pub should be open. The said they opened on Sundays in summer but hadn't made up their mind whether 4th September was still summer.

Route usually decided the week before. Since the last two were north of Aldershot (Windsor Great Park and Chilterns) this is likely to be south e.g. downs or coast.
